The fees all depend on your coverage and the type of service provided. We take both medical (like when you go to your primary care doc) and vision insurance here. We can run the numbers for both types of insurance. Please let us know who you use for medical insurance (even if you think they won’t cover a visit), along with your specialist copay so we can give you a quote for that. Please let us know who you use for vision insurance and we can give you a quote for that too. If you don’t have insurance or need to pay yourself, let us know as there are rotating deals. We will let you know the current special.2. What happens if I cancel/no show/ or don't keep the appointment?
Please give us at least a 24 hour notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment so we can make the spot available for people looking! A $50 fee will be charged to you if you do not keep the appointment or cancel without a 24 hour notice.3.What are my benefits?
